Good day there, new je'm to Canada and je'm lives in Ottawa now. by what je've seen on the work bank there are the openings of a lot of works to alberta, therefore je'm has the intention to move there and begin there. But I asked some people that lives here to Ottawa and they discourage me of there to go because they say that to live costs a lot in alberta. je'm confused really if please helps me now. thank you

I Moved myself Edmonton Alberta to Ottawa about a month and there is a half.
To live Ottawa can rent you a 2 bedrooms/2 apartments of bathroom for $1100 by the month. In Alberta could rent you the same apartment for about, 1600-1800$ a month.
For the work, there are enough Jobs in Alberta and Ottawa. The true only difference between the 2 places is, Ottawa has better life market, but the salaries are strongly less than that of Alberta. When I lived in Alberta that I did $17/hr and here to Ottawa je'm doing $10.50.

But the salary minimum in the increases of Alberta to $8.80 by the hour April 1, 2009. Im a professor predscolaire and does 15 by the hour, my husband is in the insulation and the brands about 18 by the hour.

I wouldn't says that there is the ton of occasion of work, but I guess that also depends on your level of education, the experience and which type of the work your looks for.
