Mechanical Engineering Jobs

I am a recent graduate and je'm having problems finding what the try certain of the entry the jobs of equal mechanical engineering are in fact. I know la 's jobs as the engineers of application or as the service engineers. I hoped that maybe someone could give me a list and a brief description of what the jobs on the list ask employee to do.
