Construction Management Jobs

I will take my Direction of Project examination of Professional Certification soon. I have also 5 experiences of years in Direction of Project of HIM projects. With new OBAMA's stimulus there will be the jobs of a lot of constructions, including Direction of Project.

I have the good competences of Direction of Project but not a lot of competences in the Construction (otherwise that the projects of improvement of personal house).

How do I obtain in the new industry using the same competences?
