I live in Bakersfield, and now there is not a lot of available jobs unless you have an advanced degree or want to work for anywhere salary minimum until about $10.00 or $12.00 by the hour. What I would suggest doing (depends on the type of work that you look for) goes to certain of the agencies of job temporary (there is not of cost to you) and visionary that they have the offer. I can say you also (especially with clerical, jobs of secretary or of service customers) that if you desire to have a competitive edge when looks for a work in Bakersfield, the this would be the more serviable if you are bilingual (to talk about English/Spanish one).
